Every new install includes Total Protection Roofing System
Removal of old roofing system- A tear-off can reveal hidden damages, such as cracked decking or signs of water penetration, permitting correction before additional harm is done. In order to validate any type of contractor or manufacturer warranty, a tear-off is required.
Ice & Water Barrier- underlayment protection against water penetration from ice damming and wind-driven rain.
Synthetic Felt Underlayment- installed between roof decking and shingle to add another layer of protection.
Drip Edge- a roof flashing that is installed at the leading edge of your shingle near the gutter so that runoff drains into the gutters.
Starter Strip Shingles- ensures an effective seal between the starter and the first course of shingles.
Dimensional Shingles- Limited Lifetime warranty, 130 MPH wind resistant, 25-year algae resistant.
